Draft — pending review by a qualified legal professional
Drafted 2026-07-11. This document is written to accurately reflect how the site currently works, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and has no legal effect until the site owner has it reviewed and formally publishes it through the admin CMS.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and [legal entity / site owner name — to be confirmed] ("we", "us") governing your use of https://qreasyuse.com (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

QReasyUse is a free static QR code generator supporting website URLs, Wi-Fi, plain text, business cards (vCard), phone numbers, SMS, and email. Every QR code generated is static: the data is permanently embedded in the image and cannot be edited or redirected afterward. We do not offer dynamic QR codes, link-shortening, or scan-tracking services.

2. No account required

The Service has no user account system for the general public. You can use it and create QR codes immediately, with no registration. An account system exists only for the site administrator.

3. Ownership of generated QR codes

QR codes you create through this Service belong to you. You may use them personally or commercially without restriction from us, and you do not need to credit or seek permission from us.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: - Create QR codes pointing to illegal content, phishing schemes, or malware. - Create QR codes that impersonate another person or organization without authorization. - Employ technical means to disrupt the site or attempt unauthorized access to the admin backend (/admin), which may constitute an offense under applicable computer-crime laws. - Use the Service in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: - Generated QR codes will always scan successfully in every environment, on every device, or on every print material — always test-scan before ordering a large print run (see our guide to testing QR codes before printing). - The Service will operate error-free or without interruption at all times. - The destination content of any URL or any data you encode is accurate, safe, or lawful — responsibility for encoded content rests entirely with the person who creates the QR code.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The name "QReasyUse", its logo, the software powering this site, and all article/guide content are the property of [legal entity / site owner name — to be confirmed] unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or adapt this content for commercial purposes without written permission. This does not include the QR codes you generate yourself, which remain your property under Section 3.

7. Advertising and affiliate links

The Service may display third-party advertising or affiliate product links as described in our Advertising Disclosure and Affiliate Disclosure, both of which are off by default and never appear inside the QR generator area.

8. Suspension or access restriction

Since there is no general user account system, access restriction is limited to cases of detected abuse or attempted attacks on the system. We reserve the right to block access from any IP address or client exhibiting such behavior.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from them shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
