1. Parties and acceptance These Terms are an agreement between you and QReasyUse@gmail.com. By accessing or using qreasyuse.com, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

2. Service description QReasyUse provides a static QR-code generator without general-user registration. It supports the types shown on the site, such as URL, Wi-Fi, text, vCard, telephone, SMS, and email. Data is embedded in the QR image and cannot later be redirected through our system. We do not offer dynamic QR codes, link shortening, or scan tracking unless a future feature is expressly announced. A static QR image does not expire by itself, but the linked website, contact number, Wi-Fi network, or other destination information may change, be removed, or become unavailable.

3. Output and your content We do not claim ownership of the information you enter or the QR files you download. You may use the output personally or commercially without crediting us. Your right to use the output still depends on your rights in the underlying information, logo, image, name, trademark, and other source content. You represent that you have sufficient rights, permission, or lawful basis for content placed in a QR code and that your use does not violate privacy, copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights.

4. Prohibited use - Create or distribute QR codes connected with unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, malware, or circumvention of security controls. - Impersonate a person, organisation, brand, or authority without permission. - Violate privacy, confidentiality, copyright, trademark, or other rights. - Disrupt, probe, exploit, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorised access to the site or admin systems. - Use bots or automated methods that impose abnormal load, interfere with service, or bypass stated technical limits. - Use the Service in a way that may cause us, a provider, or another person to breach law or applicable platform rules.

5. We do not host or deactivate your QR code Because a static QR code is generated in your browser, we do not see or store its payload and cannot edit, deactivate, redirect, or recall a file after you publish it. You must control the destination and stop distributing the QR code yourself.

6. Testing and user responsibility - Test-scan the actual file before large-scale printing or production, particularly with colours, logos, curved surfaces, small sizes, or reflective materials. - Verify that encoded information and destinations are accurate, safe, lawful, and still available. - Keep source files and backups because there is no general-user account or QR archive for recovery. - Do not encode secrets or another person’s information without an appropriate right.

7. Availability and service changes We may update, add, reduce, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device and browser.

8. Ads, affiliate links, and third-party services The site may contain advertising, affiliate links, or third-party content. A link does not mean that we endorse a product, seller, or destination. Purchases and disputes with third parties are between you and that third party. Review prices, terms, warranties, and privacy information at the destination.

9. Site intellectual property The QReasyUse name, logo, appearance, articles, guides, and site software are protected by applicable law or contract unless identified as open source or third-party material. You may use the site normally but may not commercially copy, adapt, distribute, sell, or create a substantially imitative service from protected elements without permission.

10. Disclaimers The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, security, successful scanning in every condition, or uninterrupted availability. Articles and guides provide general information and are not case-specific legal, security, or professional advice.

11. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, revenue, data, business opportunity, reprinting costs, or loss caused by destination sites arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory statutory rights or excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable.

12. Access restriction We may limit or block an IP address, client, or traffic reasonably believed to involve attack, misuse, breach of these Terms, or risk to users or systems. We may act without prior notice where necessary for security.

13. Privacy Personal-data processing is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms where relevant.

14. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by Thai law without removing mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction provided by applicable law. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve a dispute by contact. Any unresolved dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Thai courts.

15. Changes to these Terms We may revise these Terms when the Service or law changes and will show the latest update date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

16. General and contact If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, only that part is severed and the remaining Terms continue. Failure to enforce a right once is not a waiver of that right later. QReasyUse@gmail.com QReasyUse@gmail.com Email: QReasyUse@gmail.com
