Draft — pending review by a qualified legal professional

Current status: disabled

Advertising (Google AdSense) on QReasyUse is off by default and will only begin showing once the site owner explicitly enables it. This page explains how ads work once that happens.

Why we run ads

Advertising helps cover the cost of offering a free QR code generator with no usage limits and no paywall.

Our principles

  • Ads never appear inside the QR generator area and never cover the download, generate, or reset buttons.
  • No popup ads, forced interstitials, or countdown timers before use.
  • No ads on the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Contact, or 404 pages.
  • Approved ad positions are limited to: below the generator (with clear spacing), between sections of article content, and just before the footer.
  • Ad scripts will not load at all until you consent to the advertising cookie category via the cookie banner (see the Cookie Policy).
  • Space is reserved in advance to minimize layout shift when an ad loads.

Ad provider

Ads are served through Google AdSense, which may use third-party cookies to serve relevant advertising. Google controls the actual ad content shown, under its own policies. We do not control individual ad content and do not endorse the products or services shown in any given ad.

If you see an inappropriate ad

Please let us know via the Contact page and we will report it to Google through the appropriate channel.

ads.txt file

Once AdSense is enabled, the site publishes an industry-standard ads.txt file to prevent unauthorized reselling of our ad inventory.
